Unlike many other firms we don’t charge for the little extras like photocopying, scanning, faxing, general mail etc. We don’t charge extra for a chat and we welcome your call. The last thing we want is a client reluctant to call us for fear of increasing their final bill. If you do have to leave a message we promise an automated messaging service will NOT return your call. We will not reply via text or issue you with a tracking number to “log on” to our website only to get some generic reply to your question. We will NOT charge you extra for any delays such as building and pest negotiations, finance or settlement extensions that may be required to ensure your conveyance settles. Nor will we charge you a fee to witness documents required for your property conveyance.
